Banquet Info and Menu

The CAP has organized a Banquet dinner for Wednesday, June 21 starting at the Fredericton Convention Centre (FCC), 670 Queen Street Fredericton NB.

Busses are being arranged to transport banquet attendees from the University to the FCC.  For those with cars, click here for how to get to the venue (Directions and Parking).

The Banquet will start at 7:30 pm AT.  Dinner will be served around 7:45 pm.

Delegates will have the choice of the following three mains, accompanied by a starter and a dessert as noted below.  Delegates will have the opportunity to identify any dietary restrictions or allergies when registering for Congress.  Every effort will be made to accommodate any delegate booking a banquet ticket; however, should this not be possible, a refund will be issued.

Price includes bussing to and from the venue, the meal and gratuities. Taxes extra.

Main (choice of chicken, salmon, or vegan)

Thai Vegan Curry ($70 + Tax)
Stir-fried vegetables and tofu with a vegan green curry and coconut sauce, served on steamed basmati rice, drizzled with sweet chilli glaze

Chicken Supreme ($75 + Tax)
Stuffed with pancetta and brie with a caramelized onion and apple jus
Classic potato pave

Maple-Ginger Northern Harvest Atlantic Salmon ($80 + Tax)
With New Brunswick maple syrup and 3 onion marmalade

Starter

Pesto rubbed, roasted New Brunswick beets
Served on arugula and spinach with a local cranberry lime vinaigrette (Vegan/Dairy-Free omits pesto)

Dessert

Lemon and White Chocolate Cheesecake
with berry coulis

Chocolate Decadent Cake (Vegan/Gluten-Free)
with raspberry coulis
