The Canadian Association of Physicists and its pan-Canadian Organizing Committee invite you to sponsor, or be an exhibitor at their 2021 virtual Congress. There are a range of opportunities; sponsorship levels, activities and benefits available for you to profile your organization at the event.
With over 560 abstracts submitted for this conference, the 2021 CAP Congress will attract between 600-1000 Canadian physicists, students and physics teachers from across Canada. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with leaders in the profession and get updated on the latest research and practices.
All sponsors and exhibitors will be acknowledged on the CAP’s Congress website and by appropriate signage and virtual interfaces on the online Congress platforms. Sponsors and exhibitors will also be acknowledged at the Herzberg Public Lecture on Sunday, June 6th, from 18h00-17h15 EDT.
Sponsors and exhibitors must book no later than April 16th to guarantee the full suite of promotional materials/activities will be in place when the Congress posters and pre-recorded presentations two weeks prior to the start of the online congress on June 6th.
