Transportation to UNB

Fredericton is the original campus of UNB, dating to 1785, and one of the most beautiful campuses in the country with its red brick, ivy-covered Georgian architecture and lush landscape. Situated attractively on the banks of the Saint John River, Fredericton is New Brunswick’s capital city. The campus is small enough to be walkable, but it is built on a hill. The Congress venues are at comparable heights on the hill.

As the provincial capital, it is also the center for a variety of provincial and federal government agencies, and advanced education, research, and innovation. Its bustling sidewalk cafés, live entertainment nightly, theatre, sports, and festivals make downtown Fredericton a lively center and only a 10-minute walk from campus.

On-Campus Parking

Parking is free in any of the staff, student or general spaces on campus during Congress.
