Canadian Association of Physicists CUPC Expressions of Interest Online Form

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested by 23h59, October 1st of the preceding year. EOI’s will not be used during the application review process, institutions must submit a complete bid package by 23h59, January 15th of the year of the conference.

Upon the submission of an EOI, a bid package guide will be sent to the email contact given in the form below. For information on what a bid includes, please see the CUPC Host Bid Information webpage.

The CAP recommends that at least two undergraduate students from any institution interested in hosting the conference have attended a CUPC previously or have previous experience in organizing a conference. Please describe your experience below.*
