Registration will open mid-April, with early registration available for three weeks.
Regular registration (with food options) will be available until 23h59 ET on Sunday, May 31st, after which you can still register but won’t be able to pre-order food options (e.g. lunches).
If you have any questions, please contact Ellen at programs@cap.ca.
HIGH SCHOOL/CÉGEP TEACHERS ONE-DAY WORKSHOP
IMPORTANT NOTE – The 2026 CAP Congress High School/Cégep Teachers Workshop is being held early — on Tuesday, June 2nd, at the University of Ottawa — to best fit into their teaching schedules. Due to the generosity of our sponsors and hosts, there is no registration fee for teachers to participate. A detailed description of this event and the link to register to attend can be found here.
IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION
We look forward to welcoming all presenters/speakers and other delegates who have chosen to attend our 2026 Congress in Ottawa, ON. Please visit the various web pages provided by our Local Organizing Committee for important information about travel to Ottawa and places to stay and eat while there.
Because of limited locations available for lunch, delegates will be encouraged to register for the cafeteria buffet lunch option (paid in advance) to ensure quick and convenient access to food. Boxed lunches will be available, at cost, in the registration form for those who intend to participate in lunchtime sessions.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees listed below are in Canadian dollars. 13% HST will be added to these fees. Online registration will open in April.
The full congress registration fee includes refreshments at several social events and health breaks for the duration of the conference. The buffet lunch, special lunch sessions, and some other special events are not included in the registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register, if you plan to attend. NOTE: Delegates must register by May 31st in order to purchase special event tickets and lunches.
The one-day registration fee includes the day’s health breaks. The buffet lunch, special lunch sessions, dinners, social events, and any special tours are not included in the one-day registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register.
Virtual participation is not being offered in 2026.
