Fifteen exhibit booths are available for a fee of only $1,100* (plus 13% HST) each.
Exhibit booths will be in a central location for the entire Congress in the BioSciences Complex (see layout below), in the same space as the poster session – where exhibitors will have ample opportunities to be seen by and interact with the participants of the Congress, anticipated to be at least 600. Coffee breaks between sessions will be held in the exhibit area for maximizing interactions with Congress participants. In addition, we will ensure that your organization gets high visibility on the Congress website, in meeting announcements, and in the Congress program. Access to rooms for overnight storage of equipment or exhibits can be arranged, if desired.
Set-up will start at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning (May 30) and the exhibit will end at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon (MAy 31). Overnight access to rooms for storage of equipment or exhibits can be arranged, if desired.
As an Exhibitor, you are entitled to:
- Attend the Monday evening (May 29) Herzberg Memorial Public Lecture and Reception
- One ticket to the Monday evening (May 29) welcome reception/BBQ (additional tickets are sold separately).
- Attend all workshops and poster sessions on Tuesday (May 30) and Wednesday (May 31)
Exhibits will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis, so we would encourage you to contact us early.
