The Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested by 23h59, November 15th of the preceding year.
Upon the submission of an EOI, a bid package guide will be sent to the email contact given in the form below. For information on what a bid includes, please see the CUPC Host Bid Information webpage.
Institutions must submit a complete bid package by 23h59, January 15th of the year of the conference. EOI’s will not be used during the application review process.
