Canadian Association of Physicists CCUW*IP Expressions of Interest Online Form

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is requested by February 6 of the preceding year; it will not be used during the application review process, and institutions still must submit a complete formal application by 11h59 pm ET on Sunday, March 15, 2026 to be considered for the next year’s conference. As the planning of the CCUW*iP is a significant undertaking, we recommend that you read the formal application information before submitting your expression of interest.

The CAP recommends that at least two undergraduate students from any institution interested in hosting the conference have attended a previous CCUWiP, or have previous experience in organizing a conference. Please describe your experience below.*
