The CAP has organized a Banquet dinner for Wednesday, June 8 starting at the Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG), 660 Plains Rd W., Burlington, Ontario.
Any registered 2022 CAP Congress delegate will have free access to visit the Botanical Gardens at any time on June 8th by showing your registration badge or receipt.
Busses are being arranged to transport banquet attendees from McMaster University to RBG. For those with cars, click here for how to get to the Gardens (Directions and Parking).
The CAP’s event will start at 6:30 pm EDT. Dinner will start around 7:15 pm.
Delegates will have the choice of the following three mains, accompanied by a starter and a dessert as noted below. Delegates will have the opportunity to identify any dietary restrictions or allergies when registering for congress. Every effort will be made to accommodate any delegate booking a banquet ticket; however, should this not be possible, a refund will be issued.
Price includes full day access to Royal Botannical Gardens, meal and gratuities. HST extra.
