The registration fees listed below are in Canadian dollars. 5% GST will be added to these fees.
The full congress registration fee includes refreshments at several social events and health breaks for the duration of the conference. The CAP Medalists’ Dinner (Wednesday night), lunches, business lunches, and any special tours are not included in the registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register, if applicable.
