Dear CAP Members,
As you may be aware, the CAP has been having issues with its email system. We have been sending regular emails about Congress, Lecture Tour, Award winners, Membership Renewal, etc., but not all members are receiving all communications. If you have not been receiving regular communications from the CAP, please follow these two steps:
- Check your spam folder (many universities have strengthened their spam filtering and this has resulted in CAP email being diverted from inboxes in some cases).
- Contact Lexi, our membership coordinator, at membership@cap.ca and ask her to check your email settings. If Lexi cannot resolve the issue, the team handling this issue will be alerted.
The most recent email sent to all members was sent March 26 with a subject line “2025 CAP Congress: Post-Deadline Abstract Submission is Now Open to all; student poster competition abstracts accepted to Mar.30”.
Your input will help us trouble shoot this issue. Thank you.
