Effective 2020 November 1st, Professors/Directors of research laboratories may apply to the CAP office to create a laboratory membership for their graduate students.
- For only $126 plus GST/HST for the 2024 membership year, the supervisor can provide up to four graduate students from their lab with CAP memberships (individual graduate student memberships are currently around $58.
- Additional graduate students in their lab can be added to the program for only $31.5 per graduate student.
To apply for this membership, the lab director need only send an e-mail to membership@cap.ca requesting this membership for their (name of lab) and providing a list itemizing the complete name and email of each of their students to be included in their lab membership.
The applicant will be sent the membership invoice. Once payment has been effected, the students will be emailed a link to complete their membership form, which will allow access to their online membership account, as well as the benefits of being a CAP Graduate student member
