On October 21, 2026, a vulnerability was found in PHP, the language that powers 70% of the Internet, including the CAP website.
As a precaution, to prevent the site becoming infected, we have taken it offline. We will put the site back online as soon as possible, when our hosting company has fixed the vulnerability on their servers.
We apologize for the inconvenience. In the meantime, here is our contact information.
