Registering to sponsor the conference or participate in the fair being held on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 includes registration for up to 10 delegates from your institution whose participation has already been approved.

NOTES:

• Institutions who have more than 10 students approved for participation can use the section below to indicate whether they are prepared to cover the $15 registration fees for these additional delegates (should be no more than 10 additional delegates).
• Institutions that are unable to sponsor at the level of $250 but would like to support any of their students who are attending by paying their registration fee can choose that option below
• Should your institution not have any delegates, your sponsorship will be used to cover the registration fee for any student whose institution does support this year's CCUWiP.

 

To advertise the Graduate Programs for the Universities participating in the CCUWIP 2022 Grad Fair, we will be creating a book with program details from each institution which students will have access to at least one week before the event. This way, students will know what booths to visit during the Fair. After CCUWIP 2022, this book will be available on the CAP SAC (Student Advisory Committee) website. While it is up to you to decide what information to provide, we suggest including the following:

1) Programs available and length of program (eg course based Masters - 1 year)
2) Application deadlines
3) Admission Requirements
4) Links to your website (application, scholarships/funding, etc)

The deadline to provide this information is January 10th, 2022.

 

This year, the Grad Fair will be held in Gathertown. This platform is being used to encourage participation in the Grad Fair and help students feel comfortable talking to recruiters.

The first 30 minutes for the Graduate Fair will be limited to CCUWIP delegates, but afterwards, the graduate fair will be open to any students interested! In January, we will send a message to all of the Departments to advertise this as well as advertising it on social media.
