IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION
We look forward to welcoming all presenters/speakers, as well as other delegates who have chosen to attend our 2022 Congress in person, to Hamilton, ON from June 5-10. Please visit the various webpages provided by our Local Organizing Committee for important information about travel to Hamilton and places to stay and eat while there.
VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
The CAP is pleased to advise that, with the collaboration of McMaster University, we anticipate being able to offer real-time virtual participation in the 2022 Congress through Zoom meeting rooms. Such participation will be limited to being able to view each of the sessions as they are taking place in person. You will be able to post any questions you may have for speakers in the Zoom chat which will be monitored by a session moderator at McMaster. No presentations will be made virtually, nor will any of the sessions be recorded for access outside of the CAP Congress schedule.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees listed below are in Canadian dollars. 13% HST will be added to these fees. Online registration for in-person attendance is open. Registration for virtual participation will open by EOB Tuesday May 10th.
The in person full congress registration fee includes refreshments at several social events and health breaks for the duration of the conference. The CAP Banquet Dinner (Wednesday night), special lunch sessions, and some special events are not included in the registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register, if you plan to attend.
The in person one-day registration fee includes the day’s health breaks. Business lunches, dinners, social events, and any special tours are not included in the one-day registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register.
The registration fee for virtual participation is offered for those who are unable to attend in person but would like to be able to watch the talks “in real time”. There are no plans to record the sessions to make them available outside of the regular Congress schedule.
