Registration for Congress 2024 is now open!
To register:
- Access the registration system at https://crm.cap.ca.
- The login window can be used by both members and non-members who already have an account in the CAP system.
- Non-members who have not yet created an account in the CAP system can use the “Non-member account creation” link under the login window to create an account and access the registration link for the 2024 Congress.
- Once logged in, you will see a link to “Register for the 2024 CAP Congress” under Your Events.

IN-PERSON PARTICIPATION
We look forward to welcoming all presenters/speakers and other delegates who have chosen to attend our 2024 Congress at Western University in London, ON. Please visit the various web pages provided by our Local Organizing Committee for important information about travel to London and places to stay and eat while there.
Boxed lunches will be available, at cost, in the registration form for those who intend to participate in lunchtime sessions.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fees listed below are in Canadian dollars. 13% HST will be added to these fees. Online registration will open in April.
The full congress registration fee includes refreshments at several social events and health breaks for the duration of the conference. The CAP Banquet Dinner (Wednesday night), special lunch sessions, and some special events are not included in the registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register, if you plan to attend. NOTE: Delegates must register by May 16th in order to purchase Banquet tickets and lunches.
The one-day registration fee includes the day’s health breaks. Business lunches, dinners, social events, and any special tours are not included in the one-day registration fee, but you will be able to purchase tickets when you register.
Virtual participation is not being offered in 2024.
